Copy / Paste contents into Libre office and from there export as PDF.
If that does not get the formatting across on your computer, something is messing with your clipboard. Like a clipboard manager or a setting that says “always copy/paste as plain text”.

Libre Office is bad advise when it comes to conserving formatting, for PDFs at least Okular works far better.
I documented what has worked, there are many ways to do this - but ideally we can just download pdf directly rom site, I know we have a webkit module to do this, we can install it when we have time/ resources…
