In order for us to renumerate people fairly we need to keep track of how much people are spending in getting this project off the ground and maintaining it.
Expenses are easy, just upload reciepts and invoices. I like Expensify as a tool to do this because of sophisticated features ease of use.
Time tracking requires a common agreement and tool. So we should discuss this during our next call so everyone is aligned in expectations from the get go (something we learned we should have done in setting up edgeryders)…
